Trombolotto dinner

An exceptional dish to prepare on the fly, just the cooking time of Carla Latini's fantastic pasta.

On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the historic pasta factory, we decided to pay homage to a 500gr package of 600.27 large spaghetti. This combination of Trombolotto with bottarga and pistachio Crumble with Arzente will make you discover a new way of cooking raw. Just add two tablespoons of trombolotto and one of crumble and the dish is ready.

Dinner for 6 pax Dinner 1 x infusion of Trombolotto, 1 x Crumble of bottarga and pistachio with arzente + gift 1 x Spaghetto Carla Latini 500 gr.
